Set against the stunning backdrop of one of the Darling Down High Country’s most beautiful properties, Fire & Feast is a one-of-a-kind event designed for those who appreciate exceptional food, atmosphere, and unforgettable hospitality.
At the centre of the experience is DALTON Catering’s signature Fire Dome, where Chef Jerome Dalton and the team will transform local, seasonal produce over flame, smoke and coals to create a generous shared feast that is as theatrical as it is delicious.
With live music drifting across the picturesque Bunnyconnellen estate, curated premium drinks, and an intimate long-table of just 90 guests, this is set to be a magical afternoon worth clearing your calendar for.

Return bus transfer from Toowoomba City at an additional cost of $30pp, so you can enjoy the event without worrying about the drive. If you prefer to drive yourself there, on-site parking is available.
