The purchase of products from the web site is governed by these terms and conditions. By accessing the site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

While anyone in the world may visit the site, we can only accept orders through the web site for delivery to addresses on the continent of Australia using Australia Post. For deliveries elsewhere, please contact us.

Refunds:

If you need a refund, for any reason whatsoever, then please contact us direct on +61 7 46979555 our telephones are usually manned between 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Please note that we are GMT +10. Alternatively, send an email.

Returns:

We do not operate a returns policy (see General Disclaimer), accordingly, call us and if you are not happy for any reason then we will arrange a refund for any item that does not live up to expectation. If for any reason we need the item returned, then we will refund you all the costs involved in the item/s return (see General Disclaimer).

The Olive Oil Company supplies the products supplied from this web site, a Partnership registered in Queensland, Australia (ABN 40 764 650 184). Our registered address is Bunnyconnellen, Swain Road, Crow's Nest, Queensland 4355, Australia.

All products, where relevant, are inclusive of GST. The Olive Oil Company is registered for GST by the ATO.

We reserve the right to change, modify, substitute or remove without notice any information on this site as necessary.

Product Shipping and Delivery:

In a world of instant gratification, mail order can seem a little slow, however, think of the money you will save by not having to drive into town, park, shop, lug heavy bags about or get wheel clamped! Postage: See the calculator. We shout you the packaging. These charges, however, relate to Australia only - for overseas carriage charges please contact us for a specific quote.

Delivery Schedule:

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt. If we are unable to dispatch your order within 72 hours for any reason we will, of course, contact you to discuss alternatives. If suitable alternatives cannot be made we will arrange a full refund. Please note that we do not make deliveries during the weekend. If there is to be a delay for any reason we will e-mail you.

Back Orders:

If an item is out of stock we will e-mail you with the option to either cancel the order or we will tell you when we can fulfil it and you may wish to wait for delivery.

These terms and conditions and all disclaimers and other material on our website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Australian law and any disputes shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian court to which both parties submit.
