This balsamic is a delicious, contemporary vinegar style. Made from white wine grapes, it is essential in sauces and dressings as well as an additive to dessert.
"It's difficult to think up a name for an everyday, but essential ingredient. I have used the Old French translation for 'sour wine'. Locally produced, Oak barrel aged a dry vinegar made from shiraz wine." - Peter
